From welcome and toasting drinks to fully prepaid bars we have packages to suit all budgets for every event.
We know how expensive hosting an event can be, so we aim to give you the perfect serve at a reasonable price. Wanting welcome drinks for your guests? How about table wine or to purchase a round before guests pay for their own drinks? Well we can do this and more, see below to find out more about our low-priced packages.
Cash Bar Option
We supply the full mobile bar hire service, bar structure, staff, glassware and licensing. Guests then pay for themselves.
You can treat your guests to a few drinks though:

- Welcome Prosecco can be provided at £1.50 per head
- First Drink can be provided from £2.50 per head
Toasting Drinks, Table Wine and Other Drinks can be supplied. Prices vary depending on total guests and drink requirement. Please contact us for more information.
Open Bar Option
Treat your guests to a prepaid, open bar event! Our stock list will be completely tailored to your tastes and served from your choice of mobile bar or pop up bar structure.
Pricing starts from £15 per head depending on drink type, number of guests, estimated drinks and length of service.

BOOK YOUR MOBILE BAR
We know the T’s & C’s are the boring part of any party or event, but we like to be transparent and make sure you have all the information you need before booking.
Booking Us
All bookings require completion of a booking form and a deposit of £200 which will be refunded on the day of the event. A booking is not finalised until this has been received.
Cancellation of a booking will forfeit the deposit for which a portion may be refunded at our discretion.
In order for a TENS (Temporary Event License) to be obtained, we require at least 14 working days notice prior to the event start date. We are able to obtain ‘late TENS’ which require at least 10 working day notice, however, this would incur a charge of £25
Additional Charges
Venues outside of a 50 mile radius of PE21 may incur a surcharge of 50p per mile, please contact us to discuss your requirement in detail.
Drinks
We are happy to provide cask beverages at your event, however if this is not consumed in full, the waste left over is disposed at our cost. We therefore ask for a Cask Deposit of £50 to be provided. Should we sell the whole cask, this deposit will be refunded on the night of the event.
The Venue
Unless agreed, we require access to the venue at least 2 hours prior to the event start time. This will give us time to ensure we are set up and ready to serve your guests when they start arriving.
